PLACES WE WILL VISIT:
Sogut is a small, unremarkable town with a population of 14,000 residents. The place, which is a three-hour drive from Istanbul and passes through plateaus of sunflower, wheat, hop, and lettuce fields, is quickly gaining traction on Turkey's tourism map.
ERTUGRUL GHAZI SHRINE:
After the death of Ertugrul Gazi, the father of the Ottoman Empire's founder, Osman, his tomb became a pilgrimage site for Karakeçili, a district of Krkkale province in central Anatolia. Many visitors visit the tomb, and some annual celebrations are held there as well.
OSMAN GHAZI SHRINE: & ORHAN GHAZI SHRINE:
The current tombs of Osman and Orhan, the Ottoman state's leaders, are modern buildings. The earthquake that levelled Bursa in 1855 left them in a condition beyond repair, so they were rebuilt in their current form after the original buildings were completely demolished.
Bursa Ulu Cami, or the Great Mosque of Bursa, is one of the city's oldest mosques, situated near the markets in the heart of the old town.
GRAND BAZAAR BURSA:
Bursa's Covered Bazaar was once a major silk manufacturer and continues to sell a wide variety of fine silks.
INKAYA HISTORICAL PLAIN TREE:
This tree is located about 10 KM up the hill from BURSA , and covers a vast area of shade of approx. 1000 square meter with a hight of approx. 30 meters. It is believed that the tree is at least 600 years old. The shaded place is occupied by one of the restaurants in the area for people to enjoy taking a delicious breakfast or any other meal. The same restaurant also sells various fresh fruits of the season at very reasonable prices, for you to have on site or take away with you.
Uludag Peak, a popular destination for mountain and winter tourism, is the largest centre for winter and nature sports in Bursa, Turkey. Uludag, also known as Olimpos Mountain and Kesis (Mosk) Mountain, is 2543 metres high, 40 kilometres long, and 15-20 kilometres wide.
