📅 Departure Details:

• Hotel name, tour guide info, etc., will be shared on the departure day (Friday after Jummah prayer). After receiving the guide’s contact, coordinate directly with them instead of the sales team.

🆔 Required Documents:

• Original CNIC is mandatory.
• Married couples needing a separate room must provide a Nikah Nama photocopy or updated CNIC.

🎒 Packing Guidelines:

• Travel light! Ideal luggage weight: 10 KG. Carry a backpack for essentials.
• Gents: 2-3 jeans/trousers, shirts, T-shirts, joggers, jacket, gloves, thermal.
• Ladies: 3-4 suits, jacket, gloves, thermal, joggers, shawl.
• Must Carry: Toiletries, water bottle, raincoat/umbrella, trekking stick.

⏰ Punctuality Matters:

• Be on time! Latecomers will be left behind.
• During stopovers, the vehicle will be turned off for those staying inside.

🚐 Seating Policy:

• No pre-reserved seats. All members must cooperate and give priority to elders when needed.

🌍 Travel Ethically:

• Respect locals and fellow travelers. Any misconduct may lead to removal from the trip without a refund.

🛑 Important Terms & Conditions:

• Minimum group size: 10-12 members. If canceled due to low bookings, you get a 100% refund or transfer to the next trip.
• Hotel availability varies during peak seasons.
• Twin-sharing rooms are for married couples, same-gender pairs, or siblings only.
• Full payment before departure is mandatory to receive trip details.
• No refunds if you leave during the trip.
• 0km is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or lost valuables.

• No refunds in case of natural disasters, road closures, or vehicle issues.
• The itinerary may change based on conditions; the guide will decide alternatives.
